Sound Baths aid the body to get into a serene parasympathetic state. Your parasympathetic system, which is your automatic nervous system, are nerves connected to your nervous system from the brain to the spinal cord. Getting into a peace and calm parasympathetic state allows your nervous system to recharge and rebalance as it supplies the organs, glands and blood vessels allowing your body to recharge, relax and heal.
